This dashboard compiles sample data on the biodiversity of various microbes found in bellybuttons.
The microbes are divided into OTU's, or Operational Taxonomic Units and data on their discovery will be displayed in those units.
Begin by selecting a sample ID # using the dropdown menu below
Once an ID is selected the table and charts below will populate with various findings for the selected sample:
- The table displays the demographics of the sample patient
- The bar chart displays the top 10 microbe OTUs discovered in the sample
- The gauge indicates the washing frequency of the sample patient
- The bubble chart shows all OTUs and the relative frequency in the selected sample
