Loosely forming a parabolic arc, the Max Temperature of a city seems to have
a strong correlation to its latitude. With the hottest temperatures residing at
0 Latitude (The Equator), the farther above 0 a city is, the lower their Max temperature
is likely to be. However, a much higher density of cities reside in the higher latitudes
with lower temperature ranges that that of cities in negative latitudes. This reflects
the significantly higher levels of human habitation at Northern latitudes.
