There appears to be no significant correlation between Wind Speed and a city's Latitude. It is likely to correlate to other geographic factors, as well as potential cross-comparisons including Latitude. However, alone there is no visually tangible correlation to be discerned, with the exception of minor outliers for high wind speed at high value positive Latitudes.
